About ABV-2001
Product Overview
ABV-2001 is an intraocular irrigation solution comprised of a specific poly (amino acid) that enables the adjustment of osmolarity and viscosity. It is formulated to protect the anterior and posterior chambers of the eye during surgical procedures.
Specifically, ABV-2001’s poly (amino acid) acts as a viscoelastic material, reducing the turbulence within the anterior and posterior chambers, helping to contain the movement of tissue fragments and air bubbles within the eye and facilitates the removal of lens fragments.
The Wound Irrigation Systems Market was $265m in 2018.
